I stand by those who tell yo to go to Jojo's Place at 20th and Chestnut. I absolutely love that place. Great wonton soup and the mango chicken is really great....definitely better than Mandarin Palace. The only thing I would avoid at Jojo's is the dumplings, I am fairly certain that they use frozen ones. This is suprising though as everything else has really fresh ingredients and no "mystery meat".
