Hi,
We have been trying to rent our house in Center City. We tried posting signs, word of mouth, craigslist etc. No luck. It is a great place! Anyone every use a rental realtor? If not, how did you rent your place? If you did, who did you use? How long did it take to rent your place? How much did they want? Thanks in advance |

I'm a chronic renter (i.e. student) and rental demand is still really high as far as I can tell. Most of the move-ins happen around summer, which means you should be having luck now! I hate to say this, but what's wrong with your place? Rent too high? Bad area?
I agree with the Zigster, a link to your ad would be helpful. Philly Weekly is a good place to advertise. Another place to consider is the Penn Office of Off Campus Living if you want to try for Penn students if it's anywhere around Rittenhouse Sq West area. I listed an apartment on there once that was pretty cheap and close to Penn and got so many phone calls it's like the phone wouldn't stop ringing (see: http://www.business-services.upenn.e...l/services.htm).
