Does anyone know of a restaurant that has a skyline view?

Nineteen at the Bellevue Hotel (Broad & Walnut-SW corner) is one. I think there's a space in an office building on Arch (1717?) but that might just be for catered events.

Wouldn't that be XIX? I haven't been there, but hear the view is great.

Lacroix only really has a view of Rittenhouse Square - not much of the skyline.

The Waterworks Restaurant behind the Art Musem has a great view... but again, I'm not sure how much of the actual skyline you can see from there.

The Pyramid Club in the Mellon building has great skyline views. I've only eaten lunch there & a few drinks at happy hours - I don't know about dinner.

Yes, I believe that is the top of the tower (www.topofthetower.com)

i think you are correct in that it is only for catered-type functions where the rooms are rented out for organized events.
