Oh, I dunno. The Apple Store thread can't hold a candle to other famous Phillyblog merry-go-rounds

You have to admit, there is a new one to pop up at least quarterly, asking the. same. damned. question.

Haha, fair enough. The Apple Store certainly wins the most-new-threads prize. I still think the housing market still wins the most-pointless-beating-heads-against-the-wall prize.

And I will agree with that assessment, and possibly post my little merry-go-round in there too.

There's going to be a merry-go-round in the new center city apple store?!?!?! I hope its like the ferris wheel in toys r us in new york. And the apple store better be like the one in new york, but I want it open for 36hrs. a day so I can touch products and then go buy it at amazon.com...I mean, they are getting my money so what do they care if I buy from amazon or a retail store. Oh, and they should really offer coffee and bagels when I come in, but they better have good bagels like new york and not like those crappy ones made at any philly bagel place...anyone with any culture knows that they are not real bagels.

I can't wait for this apple store to open so that I can finally get a new cord for my dell laptop.

A good friend of mine bashes any corporation that isn't Apple. I mean ANY.

I asked her why, and all she could say was, "But Apple is a GOOD corporation."

See also, "Stuff White People Like."

Apple is one of those for-profit, take-advantage-of-cheap-labor multinationals that somehow, through their slick marketing, packaging, and above-average customer service, convinces people that they cannot have criticism leveled at them.
