I think the city view condos will be subject more to the supply factors than the demand factors. I think it has a very good location, so that can ofset some of the new supply. Overall, I see it as an average investment at this point, neither good nor bad. What goes through my mind as a consumer, I can have a brand new condo with 10 year abatment (possibly) or a Condo that has been around since the days of Nixon.

But City View has EXCELLENT unobstructed city views--and there'a a premium for that too...have any of you seen the views looking out of that building?
not to mention its location...next to future Barnes and thrillingLibrary expansion I think there'll be several more condo towers in those few blocks in near future.
