Does anyone no where I can recycle my old hair dryer, curling iron, etc? I check all of the philly govt. recycling websites, but I can't find a place for small appliances. I'd hate to just throw them in the trash.

Also, I want to recycle my old computer and monitor, but every place wants to charge me, including Staples and Elemental, Inc. I'm trying to do something good for the environment, why should I be charged $10 per item?

If they are still functional you might try your local Thrift store.
