I recall over the past couple years that following Black Friday on Saturdays, after 11a, through New Year's Day, there was free parking at all meters in the city.

Is this the case this year? I don't see anything mentioning this on the PhilaPark.org website.

Yeah and what the hell happened to make it a night out on Wednesdays?? It used to be like $1 to park at Arch street lot under Love Park after 5PM. Last Wednesday it cost me like $7 for less than an hour or so ...

Damn no Night Out deal crap ...
