Default Loehmann's

Does anyone know if the CC Loehmann's is worth going to? Or has it been picked through completely at this point.
Thanks!

Default juicy couture underway?

i walked by the old bathandbody this morning and there was a lot of construction underway inside the building. is the juicy couture finally underway? does anyone know? or are they just fixing up the building?
the space is off the salove site... the signs in the window say it's been taken over by Precision Realty, which is already located on the 7th floor of the building. the space is listed on Precision's site (1701 walnut)

I would venture that if the space has been taken off salove's site, then Juicy is moving in. Has anyone heard otherwise?

Not to beat a dead horse, but so many people didn't believe that it was opening.

http://salove.com/pdfs/1729_Walnut_Brochure_shell.pdf

read below which stores this space is adjacent to (Juicy coming soon).

Although it is great that JC is coming in, what is happening to Ann Taylor Loft?

Default Tumi

They took the boards covering the new TUMI store yesterday. The place looks very nice. I believe a sign on the door said they were opening today.

With ATL leaving, that block is poised to take on higher-end retailers. I believe an Apple Store would work well in the soon to be old ATL space. I wish they would renovate the facade of the Arden B store when that closes...it looks very dated (remember when it used to be a Banana Republic?).

Tumi is a cop out if you ask me. Doesn't belong on the street. Thank god they are getting rid of ATL, there are too many of those as is.

The Rosenbluth building has to be under demolition, there is literally nothing left of the back, not to mention the facade is junk. I hope the whole thing is demo'ed and a new building is put in its place.

Now alls we need to get rid of is Talbots, Jones NY, Arden B, Eckerd, some shitty banks, Qdoba, McDonalds, Alfa, (The Childrens Place maybe), I Brewster is finally gone, all cell phone stores, and probably a few others I can't remember. Then we are talking.
