Default Modell's

Looks like Modell's is coming to the old Loehmann's. There's a permit on the door for a 'sporting goods' store on the 1st, 2nd and basement levels. yip. Now everyone can buy goalie pads without leaving the city!

I sure wish we had a Forman's Mills. I suppose selling t-shirts at 3 for $5 means they couldn't afford CC rent. Still they blow Modell's out of the water when it comes to casual and sport clothes.

Forman Mills is clutch. I have absolutely no qualms about shopping there or any other discount clothing chain.

Why should you have ANY qualms about it? I shop in dollar stores and I really, really, really
don't need to!

There's a forman mills in souf filly if you wish to stretch those bills. I've tried to buy stuff in there but everything I've liked has a big blue stain from the theft deterrent devices-I guess I have the tastes of a shoplifter.

Nobody should have qualms about spending their money wisely.

Default 10 Rittenhouse retail layout

Salove also has a big pdf with the usual renderings, plus detailed architectural plans of the 1st two floors showing the retail space layouts (inc. Barney's Co-op.) at 10 Rit.
