Every time I hear the name RonPaul I think he's a drag queen.

...Tony sadly passed away recently. He was truly a visionary for Philly. Lets hope his legacy lives on!

Saks 5th Avenue in Pittsburgh was also just a department within Gimbels. In recent years they opened a stand-alone Saks occupying the former W. T. Grant building in the next block.

Recent years? There's been a full stand alone Saks in Downtown Pittsburgh for a few decades - at least since the 1970's which is when I remember first visiting it. According to Wikipedia, there's been a stand lone store there since 1949 (though I kind of question such an early date).

Recent years to me is anytime after 1980, when I left Pittsburgh. %-) The Saks there was definitely only a department in Gimbels till at least sometime after 1975, when the W. T. Grant chain went out of business; the stand-alone Saks is the former Grant store.
