Default puhleeze...

...that'd be more of a vacation for us

That's a good space though...big enough to handle a nice, high profile tenant who can stretch their legs.

Default bad biz IMO...

...opening after the holidays? Oh well, whatever. The popularity of the beand will ensure that the store makes a killing.

I'm a devoted GQ reader and this stuff was front cover worthy...nice option to have!

(I did not buy anything, but the salesmen were very very kind about it...I may make an appointment if i need a new suit or something. )

Anyone ever been?
Great store- havent purchased anything there yet though. There is also a higher end mens store opening across from Vintage, where they are putting up the new store fronts now. Apparently they will stock alexander mcqueen and the like. Some good new additions.

I don't wear anyone's name or logo unless they pay me. No free advertising.

How can you avoid it with athletic clothing and shoes?

Well obviously I can't shop at Macy's. Actually Wallmart, KMart, Old Navy and particularly Target have lots of casual, cotton clothes that are simple and tasteful with out advertising on them.

By athletic, I meant things like running shorts and shoes, which have names and logos all over them.

Default doing their homework

Chasingfoxes...I gotta give you major props for contacting Lacoste directly...(I should do my homework on Juicy and see when that's going to happen)!!

GoBirds...Alexander McQueen, you say? Do you have any more details on this store? What's it called, etc..?

Speaking of that area...Sparacino is closing. Any word on what's going in that space?

Rosenbluth leaving that space (although sad) is a perfect example of prime real estate opening up. I wouldn't be surprised if we heard a retailer was taking up that space ASAP.

Not that I am an athlete but. My running shoes do have the N for NuBalance and my boat shoes have a tiny Sebago on them but that's it. All my shorts are plain w/out advertising.
