Default Coronado Condos

Hi, judging from the mentions of this property, it seems as though this place is certainly worth looking at. I tried searching for this property on the net and was not able to find any mention of this property and what is for sale. Does anyone know where I could find out more information regarding the property and the available condos?

Thanks,

Eric

you are obssessed with views. not all of us are. some peopel like to be part of the skyline i or view rather than looking at it. kind of like people in new jersey get a great view, but they still aren't living in manhattan.
which place are you talking about jesterea?

Default Coronado Condos

Eldondre, I was referring to the Coronado Condos. I saw them mentioned a few times on here, but have been unable to locate any additional information about them on the net.

Thanks,

Eric

Note the I do like the view of the pool though.

I must say, the best view I ever had was when I lived in the country:

That was living. Real close to your fav town actually.

yes, those towers are how I know I am getting close to work. It was cheap for a reason out there. I can;t believe how much people pay to live near the plant now.

In the meantime. don't sign anything. Hal will coach you through the investment possibilities (he's a lawyer and a real estate agent - he can charge you both by commission and on an hourly basis - multitalented, I would say), Eldondre who has been expelled from your potential neighborhood for working in a town named Collegeville (which has a college actually name Ursinus) and by WashingtonWestDad which may be a front.
ROFTLMAO - hysterical post. Not a front, btw -- i live in WashWest, though i'm trying to move. And i've done work for the Athenaeum... but i can't tell you what it is or else i'd have to... you know.

Eldondre and I both were taking drugs that night.

I actually have been in The Athenaeum (even if I'm not sure I can spell it). Boston has one too so we ought to be proud - and your neighborhood should be proud as well (they're always in the best part of town).

Hope you're staying in the City . . . will we have to call you Overbrook Farms Dad or something like that. Please not Fishtown Dad (an oxymoron, if I ever heard one).

I also hear the old metropolitan may be sold as condos as well. Lastly, a large building at 11th and washington is being converted though this isn't center city.
Living at the western end of WSW, i'll echo this -- it does feel more urban than Clinton or Spruce and 10th, though it's not like those blocks are Shamokin or someplace.

Eric, it's a great neighborhood to live in, for the reasons others have mentioned -- you can walk to everything, great food, great coffee, good bars, close to the markets on South St. There are several people associated with Jeff on my block, and i'm just off 13th St.

As a trinity owner, i'm biased, but i'd much rather live in my tiny trinity than in some new condo that looks like a Home Depot display. The price of a trinity in WSW will range anywhere from $190 to $350 depending on the condition, amenities, location, etc. The trinity on Panama that Malloy mentions is really cute and a good deal at ~$220K, but it needs a lot of work.

It's even more fun to spell it Athenæum. Either way, most people in Philly pronounce it Anthony-um.

I hear we have one or two fathers that stuck around. For the great weed deals, of course. And only 'til they turned 21.
