The one at Broad and Bainbridge has been closed for several years. There's one at Broad and Girard, I think.

Wow, and I never noticed it gone! Of course it's been almost 3 years since I lived a block from there. Their service was so slow that I only went there 2 or 3 times in 12 years.

My vote goes to Tangiers (18th and Lombard) you can get them there (chill place with cheap beer) or you can get them to go. There amazing, been getting them there for the last 10 years.

We had some wings at Abbrachio in west Philly for a work party, and they were lightly breaded with the sauce on the side. They were really good, and it made for a great party dish, as you don't have to get messy to eat them.
