So there's this new-ish nightclub on the 1500 block of Sanson called Pulse. And it has an afterhours license, so it stays open until 3:30AM most nights. I'm a neighbor and can't begin to tell you what an unbelievable nuisance this place is! It's like Old City and 13th and Walnut wrapped up into one some evenings when the club lets out. Do neighbors have any recourse other than 911?

Yes, get the Community groups and Civic Associations involved to negotiate a peaceful coexistance. If that doesn't work, call the District Attorney's Office Nuisance Bar Task Force. The fear of losing a liquor license, and therefore $$, is enough to ensure some sort of compliance.
