Does anyone know what is coming in the long vacant storefront on the southeast corner of 11th and spruce in that new condo building? I just saw a zoning proposal in the window today for a grocery license and a zoning hearing next week.

Great news. I've been telling my wife for over a year that I thought a small gourmet grocery would do great in that spot.

Out of town until tuesday... will ask around when I return.
