Noticed today that there's work being done in there, at long last. What's the deal?

Where Else Cafe (from 11th Street, just south of Spruce, below that newish condo/apt. building), which suffered from the fire, is supposed to FINALLY take over the Cheap Art spot. Their food focus on 11th was Cuban and they had a pretty good brunch. They are nice guys, and we will just be so glad to have something (quality) happen in this space.
