Lots of people go to that park daily and want to enjoy it and should be able to wether they make noise or not especially in the freakish warm weather we are having. |

Just kidding: you're all very welcome to come by loud, drunk, and stupid to eat fried dumplings at 3am then pee in the alley. It would be weird if you didn't. |

I've seen that same group of kids get escorted out of the park a number of times.
Personally, I don't think they're a problem at all, but there might be more to the story than the noise complaint. |

Rittenhouse is great.
Sure, sometimes the bums are unsightly and the musicians are hardly musical, but where else would you ever see these types sitting on the same benches with old-money socialites and young professionals? It's quite the melting pot of a park, and I'd say the majority of residents are cool with it. (although I guess I wouldn't complain if the city did try to clean it up a little ) |
