Default Thank you

Thanks for the info on flood insurance. I appreciate it. Better to plan now than be surprised.

I wonder what type of convenience store it will be. A Wawa or higher end? Or is that an oxymoron- "high end convenience store?"

A thread with 72 comments isn't enough?

Default Still love the building

Hi there,

As far as current thoughts, the gym is now in and the cosmetic dentist/spa on the ground floor is open for business.

I still love the building and its staff as much as I did two years ago. People are friendly and respectful, and any minor issues have been resolved quickly and thoroughly. Others know more about what kind of business may go in on the corner. Also, with the Murano being finished up, the neighborhood will change as well.

Cheers,

Default Echo two things that have been said...

First, the info on the flood insurance that has been discussed here seems accurate as I just received word from my lender that I need to get my own flood insurance in addition to that on the building as a whole. Second, the Orens team has been great to work with. The construction crews are friendly, helpful, and responsive as are John, Janie, and the office and front desk crew. I'd certainly recommend the project.

We have been in the building for over two years - We feel that we made a great choice.
