I'm looking for a place in Center City where I can attend private dance lessons (salsa specifically). There have been a few threads about this before, but most pertain to finding places to go dancing.

My salsa skills are very rusty. If anyone has recommendations please let me know. The best option I've seen so far has been Barbara Capaldi's Atrium Dance Studio. Any opinions?

Check out the Academy of Social Dance at 20th and Sansom. They teach latin and ballroom styles. We took private lessons there this spring and were very happy with the instruction. The lessons are expensive though. One thing we particularly liked about the place is that they host a weekly "dance party" at the studio where you can practice outside of class in a kind of semi-supervised environment. We found these sessions very helpful.
