I have been waiting to see if someone would figure out what you are talking about but so far no idea. BCBG? Empty white h-rise at 18th and Walnut? Give us another clue please.

BCBG Max Azaria, I believe, is going in the old Florsheim shoe store space on the north side of Walnut.

He's referring to the fomer Florsheim palce at 16th and Walnut (NW corner) which has a sign saying that BCBG Max Azria is "coming soon" and has BCBG awnings. HOwever, the signs ahve been there since maybe March and there's been zero activity. I'm not sure what's going on there. My guess is that L&I is holding them up.
As for the "white building", he's referrign to 1845 Walnut - the 1960's-70's era high rise that's next to the old Rittenhouse Club. |

No the white building I am talking about is the one on the northeast corner of 18th and walnut. The one with ben+jerrys and lagos, right next to where the h&m is going. The building is being restored but it seems to be empty as well, I am just wondering if anyone knows if its being turned in to condos or something.
