The 20-story building has a five-story parking garage that can accommodate 194 vehicles. At one point, the building was entirely office, but a portion of it was carved out for parking.

Since the parking deck was once office space, the garage floors can be converted back into office space to allow Morgan Lewis to expand if necessary. In fact, the firm exercised that option in 2001 transforming a couple of garage floors into 44,000 square feet of new space.
