Does anyone have any experience renting from a gentleman, Walter Breslin, in Ardmore?

I am considering renting from him. Though I have only spoken to him on the phone, he seems like a nice guy and the apartments look nice. His maintenance man, who showed me the apartments, says he owns a lot of property in Ardmore.

A google search for his name lists as the owner of sonic disc jockey's . a defense attorney and/or a member of the upper darby school district.

Anyone have any personal experience?
