Conshohocken has had so much redevelopment in recent years. I am considering a move to Conshohocken (but I am also exploring parts of the City as well). Can anyone post links to a few of the communities in Conshohocken? I am particularly interested in new developments (especially near the river) and refurbished buildings (ie- factories to lofts).

I've heard bad things about them actually. Supposedly the walls are paper thin, and you can hear alot from your neighbors condo nexxt to you. Although I haven't heard this about The Grande, I did hear this about the one's over on the East side of The Avenue's down by the river.

I lived in Conshy for about 4 years and loved it. Suburbs yet close to the city, easy access to just about anywhere for work (it actually started it's rise about 10+ years ago, after the Blue Route opened), it's own nightlife, a bike path leading to the city or Valley Forge. All with a small town feel.

Noise is not an issue at the Grande. Walls are extra thick (may even be space between units?) to reduce any noise from the neighbors.
