Has anyone here been doing property record research? I am looking at units sold this year in building 1, and found some pretty amazing results. Mifflins (largest units with asking price of over 400K) sold for an average of 325.5K and Keswicks sold for an average of 287.5K. Message me and I will send you the property record link (you can find it pretty easily through google though). Anyone know what the deal with this is? Someone earlier said they don't negotiate, but it seems as if they do...

I'm a current resident and live in a Dresher. Two notes after reading this thread:
1) The good news is that the association fee went to $266 and the pool and a basic fitness center center are opening June 10. Finally!
2) When looking at the Dresher prices, keep in mind that not all Dreshers are created equal. The location of the Dresher (which side of the building and how high up) impacts the price, as does the interior "package" (whether it has granite countertops, nicer cabinets, lighting, etc). The 275K mentioned might not be a bad price depending on what it actually includes.

All in all, I'm happy living there because the location is fantastic. I don't expect to make much money out of it as an "investment", but my primary concern is quality of life and it definitely meets by needs here.
