Default Talluto's near Audubon - Is it any good?

Just saw an ad for this place and was wondering if it's any good.

I've never been there, but I hear that many of the locals love buying food from there going back many years.

Oh yes. Good for emptying out your wallet!

Seriously good food, especially the cheeses. Their hoagies are huge too, the "small" is enough for 2 meals. Italian is great, the turkey I was never too impressed with. The marinated mozzarella is heaven, frozen meals great.

Overall, a real Italian person may have a different opinion, but just as someone who loves the food it's the best I've had as a "grocery". I shop at the Glenolden one now (not as big, or as good), but still worth going to.

I grew up on their gnocchi paired with my grandmas meatballs & sauce. I just attended a birthday party last week where they served Talluto's ravioli. I highly recommend.

Default Taulutos

This place is the next best thing to home made - In fact -their Mfg. plant is right there on Foundry Road in E Norriton. As an Italian American that slop they sell in the grocery store would not suit my dog. We make everything from scratch - No need to do that - go here - they cut the pasta fresh, Ravioli to die for and they have the best meatballs .
HOAGIES?? The best and the service is 3000% better than Sonny's.........Those people are RUDE....I would much rather drive an extra 15 minutes to Tallutos than deal with the ignorant folks at Sonnys......Get your cheese at Talutos too - Sonny's selld DiBruno cheese with a 300% mark up........

I grew up in Hoboken, NJ.. The most famous institution up there (in my opinion) is Fiore's Deli where the "mozz" (Mozzarella) is 2nd to none!! So therefore, I'm very picky about the mozzarella I buy & eat.. How's the "mozz" in this place? Any good? As a displaced Hobokenite (dang yuppies!), is the trip from Camden to this place worth it? Just wondering..

There are plenty of places in South Philly that I'm sure are just as good and much closer to Camden!!!
