How many bedrooms? 4
What kind of square footage? 2,500+
What sized lot? >.25
Garage? Basement? Family room? Yes (2 car), Yes, Yes
Are on looking for an older house, newer house? Preferably newer.
Rancher, Colonial, split level? Ranch or Colonial. No Split.
Ok with homeowners association fees? Yes

I suggest Richboro in Bucks County. It is a beautiful little town with a great school district (Council Rock) and is only about 30 min from center city.
