This maybe OT, but I am in the burbs - Trappe/Collegeville area. If it's okay, I'll post this in the Classifieds board too, but I do not know where to start off.

This is a spacious, really, really nice end unit. Very cozy with a lot of storage space. Fully finished basement, easy parking, easy walk to main street of Trappe and Collegeville. This place even has a push button gas fire place. Think about it, a cozy, warm fire during a cold winter night, without the mess of a wood fireplace. What more could you ask for?

It has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, gas oven/range, a large deck in the back and Comcast high speed internet. You get your own room and the hallway bathroom is all yours. Your room already has window treatments and a ceiling light, little annoying details that you don't need to contend with.

The living room already has furniture, stereo and a TV. You can listen to my CD's, that is if you like my taste in music; no country and no rap but everything else in between. Heck, the kitchen even has pots, pans, forks and spoons. It even has a blender and a microwave.

I'm a laid-back, single professional male who is somehwat @n@lly too clean. But can deal with dirt and a mess as long as it is confined to you area. Be warned: I'm working on renovating the place, a few small things like replacing fixtures, adding more shelving, caulking and painting. But nothing major to be an inconvenience.
