Default KOP Home Depot closing/moving

I went past the HD at North Gulph and Warner roads today, and noticed signs about a "moving" sale. I presume that means the store will close and another open at a different location. Anyone know (1) what will go on the site and (2) where the new HD will be?

I'm guessing that this is a spinoff effect of the coming development of the King of Prussia golf course development across Warner Road. Probably someone has a higher use in mind than a big-box store for a location that will be so close to all those offices, townhouses, etc.

The new site off old Gulph Road. You can see it as you drive westbound on 76 towards the KofP/202 exit.

The new HD site is on the former Philadelphia Gear property...if that helps you, at all.

Yes, thanks. A bit further to drive, but not terrible. When you live on the Main Line, you eventually notice that you have to drive to reach truly useful businesses like paint and hardware stores, while coffee houses and expensive "shoppes" are everywhere.

So, what's going on the old site?

Default and the new store at the old HD is?

Anyone seen information on what is going to replace HD in the old KOP location? Expo? They added a significant amount of indoor space by removing the old nursery area.

I believe it is a Walmart. I remember seeing on Upper Merion Township website in a meeting agenda or minute page that they were reviewing the conversion of home depot to walmart
