I drive by there a few times a week, and they seem to be moving right along with the land prep. $400k - $1m+. Not bad for an area only convenient for car people.

:roll: Why the hell do they have to call these things Corinthian? Does it convey opulence? Do people hope that there are 1000 prostitute-priestesses of Aphrodite waiting for them at the top?
