Back to bars, The Drafting Room (in Springhouse on Beth. Pike) has a nice beer (belgian & local) selection. Food wasn't exciting though.

I checked out their website (www.draftingroom.com). I had forgotten about some of the nicer features - their rotating beer list also supplies the tap date so you know how fresh the beer is. You can get growlers of any tapped beer to take home....

21 rotating taps
100+ bottled beers
70 single malt scotches

I seem to be making myself thirsty.....

Hidden Gems, I have 2, Tom Jones in Brookhaven, and the best hamburger joint in the world, Charlies just off Rt 420, a blick north of MacDade Blvd.

People watching also come into play at Tom Jones.

Haha, classic post! Charlies is awesome. 2cheeseburgers, extra thick shake and some chips...mmm mmmm.

Tom Jones...ehhh....its a good place to meet people and chow on french fries in the early AM
