Default Apartments with View of Water? 2-Bedroom Lofts?

Are there affordable apartments with a view of the water? What is the area like near the water?

It seems that all of the loft apartments are 1 bedroom. Do 2-bedroom lofts exist, even if one bedroom is a loft and one is traditional?

I don't want to have to worry about maintenance or a yard.

Any comments on these apartments/location?
- Ben Franklin House, 834 Chestnut Street
- Juniper East, 1329 Lombard Street
- 1411 Walnut St. Apartments
- Abbott Square, 530 S. 2nd St.
- Bank Street Court - Olde City
- Penn's View - Olde City
- Chocolate Works - Olde City
- 1500 Locust
- The Grande
- The Sterling

Thanks!
