We are looking for an apartment that is in the midst of things, is very accessible to public transportation and has ammenities like w/d, dishwasher etc. Does anyone know anything about Loganview Apartments or have any suggestions of good places to live under $1200 in the Center City area?

HMMMM....I don't know much about the west philly apartment scene, but there are tons of students around there so finding an affordable apartment should be relatively easy.

2 in highrise apartments in Center City proper -
5 in townhouse and apartment buildings in University City
5 in Manayunk/Roxborough
3 in Spring Garden/Fairmont
