I am looking at a house in Pennsport--east of 4th and south of Jackson. Can anyone tell me about safety issues? Also, I am looking for an area where diverse lifestyles are appreciated (and I can afford!

Since Zog is a metrosexual and he mentioned it in the same post, I think you may want to reconsider your statement. Anyway, I agree--if you want people to give you some help, you're going to have to say what this "diverse lifestyle" is. Zog likes goats and they accept him in Pennsport.

Read some of the posts on this site about Pennsport, and I think most importantly, take a few walks around the neighborhood and see what vibes you pick up.
