I was thinking about the fact that they've been building heavily for the past decade: two or three new dorms (two of them in the last five years), a law school, the IM Pei tech building, not to mention the renovations on the Furness Bank and other buildings.

i know they're "supposed" to break ground on all these things in spring, but i have seen no fences and no construction. whats up with that?????????
