That's because right now the vagrants are in Suburban Station and they hang around the Penn Center exit across the street from Comcast Center.

But soon enough when it warms up, it will be prime panhandling territory during office hours, and at night an outdoor version of Sleepy's.


Unless the building security installed shock plates on the planters and a buzzer inside the building to electrocute the bums when they try it--I think it will get squatters.

I work across the street from Comcast so we'll see. I go through there on my way to get Wawa coffee daily.
