Default Washington Avenue and South Broad Street

Hi,

I'm working on a case study for school on the urban renewal of the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Broad Street. It seems like this intersection has a lot of potential in becoming an important part of Philadelphia. Any suggestion on what you would like to see happen to the two vacant lot, the train shed and the four neighborhoods that surround this intersection?

Many Thanks In Advance,

Giovanna

Go to the South West Philly and South Philly sections, they already have thread about past ideas for the spot.

One of the recent was the House of Blues
