Default Parcel Map

I'm looking for a website that has an outline map of my home's land (parcel). Kind of like a surveyor's map or something. I remember seeing something in the past, but I cannot seem to find it now. All I can find online is several websites that have a fee associated with them...and I'm not THAT interested.
Thanks in advance!

http://www.phila.gov/applications/parcel.html

Parcel explorer is pretty good, but also pretty pricey. I've used it when actively developing complicated parcels, but generally let the 6-month member lapse because of the cost.

www.phila.gov/build

The 'build' site is free and perfectly good for square lots. It also lists violations. brtweb.phila.gov lists some use registration information. My advice would be to use the 'build' site to save money. You have also go visit the Department of Records with to request a copy of the plat plan with the same effort it takes to drop off a check for parcel explorer (I don't trust mailing something in, but maybe that's just me).

Hope that helps.

Send me an email with your address and I'll send you a copy of your parcel map.

You can go down to the map room on the first floor of city hall and get copies of parcel maps, $10 a copy. Personally I like the old fashioned hand drawn maps they have.

I have the one for my hood framed and hanging on the wall. It looks spiffy.

There's some good maps in the Free Library too, but I think it might be predominantly old city parcel maps.

Default Thanks

Thanks to all for your suggestions. Mortiz391, your suggestion of the 'build' site was exactly what I was looking for (and the site is free!). However, I like the other suggestions too and I may want to buy one of those cool maps for display in my home.
Thanks again!
