Yeah, they were out taking soil samples and digging test holes about 3 weeks ago, so I assumed they were moving forward. That presentation is just fantastic. Lets hope they don't cut too many corners. 27 stories is HUGE, but density right here will good for North Philly as a whole. Those rich folk will need services and stores and that means jobs. Add that to the Sugarhouse jobs and opportunities will be growing on trees around here. Don't f*** this up Bart.
Edit: On a side note....where's my damn North Star! Haven't had one delivered in forever.
