Comcast cable internet is HIGHLY OVERRATED...
We tried them for several months:
-lousy customer service
-nowhere near the speeds advertised
-Verizon DSL knocks the socks off Comcast in our experience
-if you go over a certain amount of bandwidth they actually slow down your connect speed so you can barely even stream any media content
-even if you have 'unlimited' service, apparently if you go over a certain amt of bandwidth, they up your rate significantly
