Yeah that and the burnt out houses where people just have to pile their trash...as if the city doesnt collect it...do they think it looks nicer on somone elses property two doors down?
I came up Snake road this morning its like an obstacle course due to the short dumping that goes on...I mean cmon..just put the loveseat on the CURB the city will pick it up...
