Meh... I kinda like taking care of my own lawn, believe it or not--it's like a "personal sized pizza" lawn.

When I was a kid I had to maintain 4 acres and ~25 trees and 4 flower beds--that was a bit much. Add TX heat to it (much like the heat we had Monday... which lasts from May to October), and it was brutal.


I am gonna have to construct a raised sidewalk flowerbed and install some holly bushes to block trash from blowing up into my lawn. It seems after I rake out the trash, it reappears within 48 hrs, sometimes sooner than that.

I figger I'll measure out the yard and have Home Depot cut me some logs, and I'll borrow a truck from PCS. When that gets done my yard will be even smaller.
