I really, really, really hate to say this, but Kildare's at 2nd and Lombard has absolutely amazing bangers & mash. Though I'm 100% Irish and in Ireland most years, I'm certainly not an Irish sausage specialist so take it for what it worth.

I've never had them at Fado, but if I were to guess I'd have said Fado or the Bards would have the best(if the Bards even serves them). The food in general at the Bards(20th-ish and Walnut) is a notch above Fado.
