4 other cop cars soon appeared! - and the officers socialized for about an hour, while I waited in my car. After waiting all this time, The officer who pulled me over- named Officer Thrasher- finally gave me an 85$ ticket. I know I should have gotten the sticker sooner (I have been in Phillie for a couple months), but I was pretty pissed over the whole spectacle. Really, I think they should have something better to do in the ghetto. (BTW: For better or worse;I am not black or suspicious- just part of the medical staff at Temple. ) Should I complain, or am I just whining?
