Speculating...yes. I talked to him as well. His usage is TBD more than anything. I don't think it is necessarily related to the developers at Stampers Square inasmuch as it is depending on what happens with Stampers Square. If SS is a big success, that lot suddenly is worth more, especially with the precedent SS SEEMINGLY set by getting the height. I don't know that a lot of that size, with its location is as likely to get the same kind of height that SS got. Maybe a few stories above the 35' but certainly not 12 or 14 stories....at least in my opinion.

As for the sign, he put the $4.1 over the $2.1 but it was really more of a "I'll put it out there and if someone bites great, otherwise I'll hold it and see what happens". The "contact SSHD" sign is really more for people/groups who might want to use the space now, rather than as a "for sale" sign.
