my FIL does stone & brick pointing. he is out of the city for the wknd, but if you'd like his number PM me & i'll shoot it out to you ;-) he has been doing this for yrs(family biz) & is fair & reasonable. he is also a very clean worker!
also, the leak into your porch may be the roof, but it could also be the pointing somewhere in the front of the house too.
