I can attest to the fact that RMH emergency room is BAD! Recently my husband was hurt in a fall outside and it was suggested by a doctor who just happened to be passing by and saw what happened that my husband go to an emergency room and get checked out because of the possibility of broken bones. We arrived at the hospital a little after 7p.m. and did not get out of there until 1:30 a.m. It seems there are a lot of people there doing nothing, and yes, there was one doctor on duty.
I have used RMH's emergency room MYSELF quite a few times in the recent past and it was never like this.
