I want clip to be morfied into Quasi - PHA officers enforcing ALL THE QOFL STUFF AND THE GATEWAY to REMOVAL OF RENTAL LICENSES. I want them to be the QUASI AGENCY that can deal with Loud Neighbors, LACK OF MAINTENANCE, along with POLICE RECORDS TO REMOVE A LICENSE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The city might not be able to confiscate the property bc it's a hard win but they definetly should be able to REVOKE A LICENSE, the tennant had No verify income and later is arrested for "Suspecion" or ALLEGITELY Selling then the Landlord should loose the license because How was he paying the rent without a paystub?
