This certainly is an interesting change of story, as at first they were pretty adamant there was a 4th person. Therefore it doesn't bode very well for the police at this time. However, that doesn't mean the 3 are innocent, or were not involved in some capacity. As alot have stated, not all the facts are out. Remember the Duke Lacrosse case a few years ago? I'm sure there were a few turns in events that made people feel they were guilty. As it later turned out, the only thing they were guilty of was ordering a prostitute, then when the selected girl arrived, they basically told her to get lost (probably for not so ethical reasons, however they hired a prostitute so there ethical standards were not so high at that point in their life anyway) & went out to the bars.
