There are a few places I can think of that aren't in South Philly but are worth checking out anyway.
The first is
Chocolate by Mueller in the Reading Terminal Market. I know they have the candy cigarettes and a lot more stuff besides just chocolate. You can give them a call or just stop by. If you are headed to the RTM, you can also go by the Amish candy place. They have an interesting selection and I always got my circus peanuts there.
If you want to head to Old City, there is
Shane Candies which has been around forever. Maybe they have something you might want.
