Well, they are projects! The low rise, low density mixed use, mixed tenant format makes these projects 1000000x times better than previous high rise format.

edit- Lat, when I lived on Bainbridge St I said that I lived in Bella Vista (obviously a part of SPhilly, right next to CC). I believe you are a 3 blocks below Bainbridge...so you are really stretching it with the CC talk I can't think of anyone I know who calls that area CC - natives, yups, noobs etc. It has nothing in common with CC.
